Tyre details to have ready when you call

Have five things ready when you call: where the vehicle is, the tyre size from the sidewall, the registration, which wheel, and where the locking nut key is.

• Where the vehicle sits

  Give the postcode and the house number. If a tyre has failed on a road, give the road name and a landmark. Describe the space beside the vehicle.

• The sidewall size and registration

  Read us the registration, and the size from the sidewall, such as 205/55 R16 91V. The registration gives the factory size and any pressure sensor; the sidewall shows what is fitted now.

• Which wheel

  Front or rear, nearside or offside.

• The locking nut key

  Whether it is in the vehicle, and where.

• What happened to the tyre

  Tell us whether the tyre lost air slowly or blew out. Tell us how many tyres need work.

We confirm the price on the phone before the van sets off.

Locations covered for mobile tyre fitting

We come to any address across TN1 to TN40. We have no premises to visit: the fitter comes to the vehicle. Check your postcode against the TN postcode areas we cover.

We fit tyres on the driveway at home or in the car park at work, where the owner or operator allows the work, and at the roadside when a tyre has failed.

Each town has its own page, with its roads and local detail: Ashford, Battle, Bexhill-on-Sea, Hastings, Pembury, Rye, Southborough, Tenterden, Tonbridge and Royal Tunbridge Wells.

The mobile tyre fitting services we run cover cars, vans, light commercials, 4x4s, EVs, motorhomes and caravans. We need safe working space beside the vehicle. Height-restricted car parks block the fitting van.

We do not attend motorways. National Highways advises leaving the vehicle by the nearside door, getting behind the barrier and calling for recovery.
